The epitome of "disheveled chic," French actress and fashion model Clémence Poésy proves that no look is complete without kicky boots, dirty hair and about a can and a half of texturizing spray (god this girl is so French I f***ing love it). You might recognize Poésy as none other than Fleur Delacour, the Triwizard Tournament competitor from Beauxbatons Academy in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. And although I do love me some Fleur, I gotta say Clémence is much more my style.
